We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience at Mississippi Nails & Spa. We appreciate your consideration and understanding to ensure that all of our customers have a great experience. Please take some time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve you.

*Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of service.

*Cancellations: For parties and all individual bookings: 24 hours advance notice is required for any cancellation.

*Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your schedule appointment time (parking can be difficult during the weekends). Also if you need to soak off your gel nails or do a refill, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before.

*Late arrival: To ensure the quality of our services and the total enjoyment of your experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have plenty of time to relax and select your favorite color. Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. If you expect to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible by calling (503) – 206 – 4951. Arriving late will limit the time of your service, which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service. If we are not informed and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your slot will be opened up to other clients. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service with the remaining time in case of late arrival.

*Children: Children must be under adult supervision at all times.

*Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. It is treated as cash, and is therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Please present your Gift Certificate at the time for check in for service.

*Payment: We accept all major credit cards, but no checks preferred, please. Tipping is customary, cash preferred.

*Medical Conditions and Special Needs: Prior to receiving your services, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions; pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities that you have. This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.

*Return: Products may be returned only if it is in the original condition for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with your receipt.

*No-Chip and Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee our nail work; if you experience any polish chipping within 2 days of your manicure or 5 days of your pedicure, please contact us immediately so we can perfect your polish, free of charge. Do remember to take care in opening soda cans, packages, performing manual labor and chores-please note- your nails are not your tools.

*Privacy: Our highest commitment to your privacy. That is why your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We will never share, sell, and rent individual information with third parties. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you as our valued member the highest quality, value and convenience.

When you pick you own choice of colors but are not happy with it. We will gladly redo it for you after the first coat. But not after the final coated is completed. There will be an additional charge if you wish to change. Please take a moment to review your services when the job is done. If for any reason you do not like it, please ask a manager and all will taken care of accordingly. We are always listening to make changes and your experience better here at Mississippi Nails & Spa.
